Dear Cameron and Zoraida,

Thanks for finding exactly the type of home we wanted at exactly the price we wanted in West Windsor, a community with better schools than the town with award winning schools we moved from!  And you did it so surprisingly fast…it’s hard to believe.  Brick front, 5 bedrooms, 3 and a half baths, large yard – yeah!   As you could see when you came to visit, our parents have a comfortable new suite to stay in when they come up from Florida to stay with us for extended visits thanks to a few simple modifications to the new house.  We still have a lot of things we want to do to make the house exactly what we want it to be, but the money we saved on the purchase is helping us get there.  We got a good deal!

Remember the tough negotiations for the house you found for us in Montgomery that we eventually let go of?  It was definitely for the best because we like the house we did buy better!  By the way, thanks for selling my house in Dean’s Pond too.  The deal you put together stayed together.
